What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
Each processing of your data must be based on an appropriate legal basis in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for processing your data in order to provide services, including tailoring them to your interests, analyzing and improving them, and ensuring their security, is the necessity to perform contracts for their provision (these contracts are usually terms and conditions or similar documents available within the services you use). Such a legal basis for statistical measurements and the controller's own marketing is the so-called legitimate interest of the controller. The processing of your data for marketing purposes of third parties will be based on your voluntary consent.
